Description:


• Provide on going reports to the global services
• Develop to the regions services reports
• Performing Business services forecast & analysis
• Developing reporting tools – Business and Operational
• Develop and maintain WW service KPIs
• Service analysis of all global activitis
• Create quarterly service report for business reviews
• Manage global service price list
• Implement special projects


Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (specialization with information system)
• Full proficiency with MS-Office focus on Excel & Power Point
• Knowledge with programming languages - advantage
• Experience with CRM /ERP systems
• Full proficiency with Business Object
• Full proficiency with Oracle BI (Advantage)
• Experience in international high-tech company
• Experience in service organization
• Mother tongue level of English, additional European languages - an advantage
• Experience with indirect activation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Related Customer services experience
• Good team player
• 2 years experience in similar work
