This position is responsible for grassroots coalition development, covering all states and territories in the United States .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary focus is to strategically expand relationships with key frontline organizations and provide guidance on policy development in furtherance of Gilead objectives. Work collaboratively with members of the Government Affairs Department as well as other internal functions at Gilead , including public affairs, commercial, medical and research.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
This position requires a minimum of a BA or BS degree with a Master‚s preferred. Previous work in healthcare and/or government affairs is required with at least 8 to 10 years of related experience. Demonstrated ability to effectively build coalitions and work with community stakeholders. Ability to apply sound judgment, communicate effectively , think creatively, and work as an integral member of a team. Strong writing and analytical skills required. Ability to demonstrate appreciation of Gilead corporate values. We're an equal opportunity employer.
